There is no registration fee, no key-holding fee and no admin charge. These come as standard with every booking.
- The initial home visit and meet & greet, always free
- Collection from and return to your home
- A photo and short written update after every single visit
- Towel-down for muddy paws and coats before we leave
- Fresh water topped up and food bowls cleaned
- Secure key holding, with keys never labelled with your address
- Medication administered at no extra cost
- Post brought in, curtains and lights used during sitting stays
Booking & payment
How booking works
- You send a request. Free, and not a commitment. Tell us your dates and your dog.
- We confirm availability within 24 hours and quote you an exact price.
- We meet at your home to go through the care plan. Still free, still no obligation.
- Dates are secured. For house sitting and longer bookings we ask for a deposit; regular walks are invoiced at the end of each month.
Payment is currently by bank transfer or cash. Card payment through the website is coming soon.

How do I pay and do you take a deposit?
Send a booking request through the site and we will confirm availability, then invoice you directly. For house sitting and longer bookings we ask for a deposit to secure the dates. Card payments through the website are coming soon.
